Handmade anthropomorphic floor lamp

This lamp, which makes you think more of a luminous sculpture, was made between the late '70s and early '80s, welding together metal wires of different thicknesses, shaped by hand and welded together. He is 182 cm tall and holds a 40 watt 120 cm neon lamp in his hands. It reproduces in detail the male human body, describing its main lines and every curve (breastplate, rib, hips, clavicles and even the navel). The electrical system has been replaced as well as reactor and starter. It has some minor flaws, as 3 of the countless welds have been skipped but this in no way compromises either the aesthetics or the stability of the piece.
